Responsibilities:

Implementation and Strategy:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute master data governance strategies and policies.

Data Quality Management:

• Establish data quality standards and processes to ensure accurate and consistent master data.
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to align master data governance with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for master data-related inquiries and issues.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MDG functionalities and best practices.
• Develop documentation and training materials for master data processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on SAP MDG enhancements and industry trends.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance master data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP MDG implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
