SAP Consultants (Analyst – Team Lead)

Critical Success Factors

• At least 1 years and above of relevant experience in modules such as:
• FI, CO / FICO Implementation (not support) OR
• SD (O2C) Implementation (not support) OR

- Experience in S/4 Hana implementation in Consulting firm will be ideal for either of the above modules

• BCM Implementation (not support) OR
• HCM Support
• Good communication in English and Thai as you will be working closely in with English + Thai speaking stakeholders
• Prior experience in Consulting

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation (FI/CO/FICO OR SD (O2C) OR BCM)
   • Analyze client business processes and requirements.
   • Design and configure SAP solutions to align with business needs.
   • Conduct workshops and gather functional/technical specifications.
   • Customize SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) as per project requirements.
   • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
   • Migrate data from legacy systems to SAP.
   • Prepare documentation (e.g., functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts).
2. Support (HCM):
   • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
   • Troubleshoot and debug SAP system issues.
   • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
   • Handle change requests and implement enhancements.
   • Conduct end-user training and create user manuals.
3. Collaboration (All):
   • Work with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and business stakeholders).
   • Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
   • Liaise with SAP support for issue resolution and OSS notes.
4. Upgrades & Enhancements (All):
   • Support SAP system upgrades and patches.
   • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
   • Stay updated with SAP latest trends and technologies.
