Key Responsibility:

• Design experience that has high aesthetic quality and is intuitive and simple to use
• Create prototypes and run user researches as needed
• Participate in strategic decisions of our products and businesses. Bringing in solutions and the understanding of what product experiences can do for our businesses
• Question and define requirements to come up with solutions that truly address business needs. Navigate through business and technical limitations to push for great design and experience
• Facilitate discussion. Combine feedback from different stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve upon your designs
• Be autonomous. Take ownership in the design process of the assigned project from start to finish

Qualification:

• 1-3+ years of experience in digital product design and a portfolio showcasing your design skill
• Experience designing apps or websites. Understand the limitations of designing for different platforms such as iOS, Android, and web responsive
• Understand the user-centric design and design thinking concepts while being able to take apart, adapt, and apply the concept to best make an impact in a timely manner
• Be logical. Being able to use a systematic approach to solving a problem and everything that you do
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, methodologies, techniques, and technologies
• Four-year degree in relevant field, or in non-related field with equivalent work experience
• Experience with user-centered design and proficiency with UX/UI tools (ex. Sigma, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficient in communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English​
