Key Responsibility:

Corporate event

• Ideate Fresh theme under each of the events by working closely with merchandiser to ensure Fresh food range align with corporate and fresh strategy.
• Working closely with merchandiser to align and ensure Fresh foods events deliver size of price as well as growth by formats align with business strategy
• Ensure price & promotion accuracy thru system and execution at store along with media to customer
• Analysis of daily sales/stock updated from Category/Corporate event, to make action plans accordingly as well as gather key learning from each event to share and make improvement plan next time.
• Lead operation execution under Category/Corporate event ensure all execution activities and product display follow guideline, such as launch of Shabu station display with items & guideline, tasting booth products/rotation guideline, ensure outstanding display for key events, etc.

Category event

• Working closely with merchandiser and Embassy (Example; Austrade team) to ideate event and theme
• Working closely with merchandiser to align and ensure Fresh foods events deliver size of price as well as growth by formats align with business strategy
• Lead end to end process of Fresh events with external organizer to ensure all execution activities and product display follow guideline. Example; Grand opening evening at hypermarket store including event activities, booth and sampling etc.
• Ensure price & promotion accuracy thru system and execution at store along with media to customer
• Analysis of daily sales/stock updated from Category/Corporate event, to make action plans accordingly as well as gather key learning from each event to share and make improvement plan next time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management and Trade or any related field.
• Having at least 5 years of experiences in Trade Marketing, Trade Planning and Events especially in Fresh Food area with retail business background would be preferable.
• Microsoft office especially Advance in Microsoft
• Excel applications to automate and simplify data analysis
• Stakeholder Management
• Data Analysis and Report preparation
• Promotion Planning and Events
