Job Purpose:
Initiate, plan, and ensure all Agency activities (both Face-to-Face and Online Platforms) of Agency channel are created properly and run smoothly within agreed budget according to directions and strategy in aim to support and motivate them to reach sales volume and achieve targets / goals. Manage, challenge, and coach Agency Activity Management, Sales Motivation and Budget Management team to deliver tasks on timeline with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate the sales activity strategies and roadmaps, together with define sales activity metrics and lead the execution parts to ensure the sales activity has implemented effectively within the agreed budget.
- Function as the central point of contact for sales activities within the agency channel, providing robust support. Attain sales objective by planning, executing, promoting, communicating, and advancing sales initiative in collaboration with the agency and related teams. Conduct post-event evaluation to gather insights for enhancing sales activities. Create and execute specialized events for the agency channel to fulfil corporate business targets. Supervise the sales activity plan for the agency channel, ensuring alignment with agency strategy and goals, and preparing comprehensive management reports.
- Manage vendor process, including transparent bidding with approval and engagement process from all concerned parties. Negotiate agreements with outside vendors and organizers to ensure lower cost and highest quality of service.
- Oversee the agency MDRT and GAMA qualifiers, facilitating MDRT/GAMA membership application - an internationally recognized standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services sector. Collaborate with Thai and international life insurance associations, coordinating special events like TNQA, NAA etc. Drive MDRT Club privilege and recognition program adaption, partnering with the sales team to attract and retain MDRT qualifiers.
- Be a focal point for FWD Merchandise/sales motivation and promotion materials across different sales distribution channel, provide comprehensive support. Collaborate closely with relevant teams to strategize short and long-term plan strategies for FWD Merchandise/sales motivation and promotion material. Oversee and manage the Sales Motivation & Promotion Materials team's budget, ensuring the effective utilization. Develop structured template and reporting system to monitor and track the budget efficiently.
- Supervise the Sales Motivation and Promotion Materials Team to facilitate the creation and implementation of the distribution strategy. Foster staff growth through a collaborative and supportive approach, providing consistent mentoring and development.
- Supervise the Budget team to prepare each events costing and make sure sales events are managed within budget that been allocated for agency budget, as part of the sales activity, efficiently and accurately including the monthly report and expenses analysis for close monitor for Agency, Sales motivation and promotional material and Activity Management budget.
- Set challenging goal for team, inspire them to achieve goals, support & coach team and build good working environment to build team engagement for team to deliver successful sales events within SLA, motivate positive attitude towards the company.
- Handle job responsibilities with special assignments.
Baseline Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.â
- Minimum of 8 years of direct experiences in sales activities/ activations, with of 5-year experiences in supervisory role.
- Experience in life insurance industry especially agency channel is preferred.
- Strategic & budget planning and managerial skills.
- Good command in English both verbal and written.
