Forecasting

• Review demand forecast rolling 3 months (joint demand forecast) in order to provide proper demand to production or prepare stock.
• Connect with sales and commercial team and ensure for allocation to stores when they have plan to do promotion.
• Review requirement by stores 7 days a week and collect sales from all channels (B2C, 020, B2B and SMO).

Ordering

• Daily replenishment and review stock to Ambient DC which located in 4 DCs. (Region).
• Forecast and manage DC stock for key focus items to ensure for fasten service to stores.
• Maintain Items both add (NPD) and delete (Discontinued).
• Connect with Lotus's team on demand forecast in order to prepare stock to Lotus's DC and including book slot to DC. (Booking with appointment team).
• Manage ordering volume to be in line with DC workload plan.
• Connect with Transport and ensure to deliver product on time to Lotus's DC and including improve unloading time with Backhaul team.

Stock Management

• Review stock and feedback on available stock and fix Gap as needs.
• Connect with Lotus's SC to review aging at DC (slow moving) and action plan to clear short shelf-life product.
• Review high stock cover day and action plan to clear space at DC.
• Collaborate or provide appropriate action for left over promotion and for items have high provision.
