Job description : Work closely with marketing team to help

• Guide, drive and maximize the effectiveness of paid media for the major campaigns to the fullest.
• Identify trends/insights on both media, social, KOL, and probably on e-commerce solution in order to drive the holistic digital ecosystem.
• Monitor the performance and budget regularly and advise on how to optimize the asset and media plan.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends in order to advise the marketing team to drive the performance on social media to the fullest.
• Coach and train marketing team to understand the tools, trends, and be able to independently utilize for the benefits of ROI on the campaign.

Qualifications :

• Preferably from digital marketing agency or ones with extensive background in digital communication.
• Should understand the latest trends, and tools in order to be able to advise the team on how to use.
• Strong sense of creativity and innovation.
• Social media savvy with the passion for staying on top of trends.
• Ability to analyze consumer trends, data, report and be able to recommend on way forward actions.
• Mature with positive attitudes.
