-Product expert - understand all Lazada Sponsored Solutions from the seller and Lazada perspective
-Education - create educational material and programs to help KAMs ramp up their media planning skills
-Problem-solving – ask relevant and probing questions to identify the key problem statements
-Data analytics (qualitative and quantitative) – identify and collect relevant data and/or identify proxy (in case of lack of data points); conduct simple analysis and apply a reality check
-Operations and execution certainty - support day-to-day operations and execution across workstreams
