Job Function:

Job Description:

• Analyze and design system integration services
• Collaborate with technical teams to define interface specifications
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, and integrate Kafka messaging services
• Perform data mapping between systems and ensure data consistency
• Support and document business processes related to insurance systems
• Assist in web design and UI/UX recommendations for front-end alignment
• Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week)

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant fields
• At least 2 years in System Analyst role
• Experience or strong understanding in system integration concepts
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST API and Kafka
• Skills in data mapping between systems
• Basic knowledge of web design is a plus
• Experience working with insurance systems (new business or claims) is a strong advantage
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills
• Thai native level with good command of English
