• Oversee and coordinate project-related procurement and logistics activities for projects in Thailand, ensuring alignment with project timelines, customer requirements, and country-specific regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, the ASEAN and global procurement organization, as well as logistics providers. Participate in supplier negotiations, qualify logistics service providers, and manage relationships with both local and overseas suppliers.
• Implement project procurement plans and local sourcing strategies translating operational project business requirements into technically complete, commercially and legally clear orders as well as tracking order confirmations, coordinating variances with supplier and project.
• Manage logistics costs, inventory, and shipments (both inbound and outbound), ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination with third-party logistics providers.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, mitigate procurement risks, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and manage ECC responsibilities.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in procurement or logistics are a plus.
