• Lead all aspects of LSEG product testing and releases across various network connectivity options, including Internet, Delivery Direct, VPN, etc.
• Drive seamless end-to-end product qualification, ensuring smooth distribution from LSEG Data Centers to server and desktop deployments.
• Collaborate with the Cloud development, QA, and Architecture teams to set up and test newly developed or migrated products on cloud platforms (AWS).
• Improve testing efficiency by performing manual product tests and transforming scripts into automated workflows, fully integrated with Jenkins and Test Rail.
• Mitigate deployment risks by proactively identifying and resolving potential technical issues, ensuring full compliance with customer site deployment requirements.
• Review and update documentation provided by development teams for inclusion in global product manuals. In cases where installation documentation is unavailable, develop and build detailed installation manuals to ensure successful installation and product support.
• Supply to the creation of Technical Operations Notices (TON) and Notes for the Record (NFR) to provide the guideline for internal partners of LSEG product deployment.
• Optimize and maintain the global lab infrastructure, ensuring it accurately mirrors client environments for accurate and effective product testing.
• Stay informed about innovative technologies and assess their impact on LSEG products, presenting relevant implications to global teams.
• Mentor and coach entry-level engineers, ensuring they perform effectively in their roles in alignment with the organization goals.
• Crucial Skills & Experience 10+ years in Quality Assurance with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of data feed products, including Elektron Edge Device installation, operation, and configuration across multiple platform versions.
• Expertise in the real-time market data delivery systems, covering RTDS product installation, daemon configuration, DACs operations, and integration with ADH & ADS.
• Strong skills in data feed latency and network performance, using Corvil appliances, Wireshark, tcpdump, and Linux system tuning.
• Skilled in Rundeck Scripting and test Automation.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure configuration, including Cisco/Juniper switches, VLAN setups, multicast pruning, and QoS analysis.
• Hands-on experience with performance and integration testing, measuring latency, throughput, and last-mile delivery efficiency.
• Knowledge of AWS Real-Time MVP and cloud-based data distribution systems.
• Desirable Skills Familiarity with GMI TPM, FEPr, SGC Head End, TRSC, SNMP, Eikon Mode EED, and client site reporting.
• Experience working with selected hardware such as capture cards and network impairment tools.
• Understanding of high-performance network testing using Iperf, RIC lists, and custom throughput/latency tests.

• Responsible as role of a project Management, taking care network development plan, a new distribution center and a new project for existing operations, the main area response is expansion of the distribution network for supporting the rapid growth of new stores opening. End- to-End control from the beginning of warehouse development to the end handover. Including propose a proposal, budgeting, contract and registration, process design, system design, project implementation, and operation running in migration phase.
• Co-ordinates with internal & external team members to serve demands in the future supply chain & logistics management focusing on networking development & warehousing part.
• Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations and determine optimal logistics operating solutions focusing on networking development & warehousing part. Include improving warehouse processes and layout design.
• To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements. Manages project implementations with all stakeholders and related parties as a project manager.
• Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in warehousing and logistics.
• Other projects or feasibility studies upon assignment.
• Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain, Logistic, Economic and other relate filed (Supply chain management, warehousing design is an advantage.).
• Have Experience 3-5 Years in DC Network Planning, Hub Network Planning, Warehouse operations, Project implementation and WMS.
• Have Experience of Control End-to-End for a new Distribution center is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skill is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
