- Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions, including journal entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions as needed.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Ensure the completeness of trade and marketing accruals and monitor internal order budgets for trade and marketing activities to ensure proper control is in place.
- Record the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets, track existing fixed assets, record depreciation, and manage the disposal of fixed assets to ensure company assets are up-to-date.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate entries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and intercompany balances.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and financial schedules.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in providing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Work with the finance team to implement best practices and support financial queries from other departments.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger responsibilities.
- Experience in the FMCG sector or a fast-paced industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, D365, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication abilities.

- 1) Use social media listening tools to monitor and analyze brand mentions, consumer sentiment.
- 2) Conduct research studies using social media data to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- 3) Develop dashboards and reports to visualize social media insights & 1st party data.
- 4) Leveraging 1st party data through personalize marketing communication/quick surveys.
- 5) Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1) Minimum Education bachelor s in business/marketing/ marketing research/data science/ communication related fields.
- 2) 3-5 years in social media analytics, market research, or consumer insights.
- 3) Hands-on experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Wisesight, Zanroo, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater).
- 4) Experience in consumer market insights or research is a plus.
- 5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 6) Good communication skills (in Thai and English.)
- 7) Proficiency in a Social Media Listening tool
- 8) Proficiency in Excel
- 9) Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- 10) Knowledge of CRM loyalty programs, or customer data platforms (CDP)
- 11) Proficiency in Google Analytics, and basic SQL knowledge, Python, R is a plus.
- 12) Experience with data privacy (PDPA, GDPR) compliance is a plus.
- 13) Knowledge of FMCG, digital marketing, e-commerce is a plus.

- Build strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders
- Prepare Sales plan, Gather Customer requirement, and Prepare ICT Solution presentation or any customer requisition to achieve revenue target.
