• Responsible as role of a project Management, taking care network development plan, a new distribution center and a new project for existing operations, the main area response is expansion of the distribution network for supporting the rapid growth of new stores opening. End- to-End control from the beginning of warehouse development to the end handover. Including propose a proposal, budgeting, contract and registration, process design, system design, project implementation, and operation running in migration phase.
• Co-ordinates with internal & external team members to serve demands in the future supply chain & logistics management focusing in networking development & warehousing part.
• Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations and determine optimal logistics operating solutions focusing in networking development & warehousing part. Include improving warehouse processes and layout design.
• To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements. Manages project implementations with all stakeholders and related parties as a project manager.
• Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in warehousing and logistics.
• Other projects or feasibility studies upon assignment.
• Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain, Logistic, Economic and other relate filed (Supply chain management, warehousing design is an advantage.).
• Have Experience 3-5 Years in DC Network Planning, Hub Network Planning, Warehouse operations, Project implementation and WMS.
• Have Experience of Control End-to-End for a new Distribution center is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skill is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is an advantage.

• Anticipate value creating projects aligned with the company and customers strategic business direction. Initiate value for the key account through business activities and cost savings.
• Translate customer vision and strategies to meaningful projects and value-added activities. He shall be involved is the process of overseeing several related projects.
• Arrange the resources across projects, links between the projects, overall costs and the risks of the project.
• Support planning and execution of requested or emergency process mandated/requested by client.
• Participate in the investigation on matters affecting the client. Ensures all incident s related reports are proceeded and consolidated (summarized) prior to submission to the key account manager. In case of any deviation affecting client, ensure appropriate action plans are set and implemented with results recorded.
• Prepare presentation materials and references to key account manager for the business meetings.
• Maintain relationship with the client. Ensure client receives timely feedback on any concerns.
• Participate actively in the formulation of company strategic plans, annual budget and periodic business reviews.
• Attend the regular departmental meetings to review processes, performance and issues.
• As appointed, communicate and support cross functional team to achieve set goals consistently. Follow up the cross functional team project management plans including status. Seek solutions in case of any setbacks.
• Execute projects to reach the desired outcome. Ensure there are regular reviews and clear accountability in place.
• For account management, ensure all vital information is cascaded properly and in timely manner.
• Ensure all process agreements between the company and client are considered and implemented properly.
• Ensure all reports submitted are reviewed / validated by key account manager prior to submission.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
• Bachelor degree or higher degree in Logistic Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any business-related field.
• Ability to work in the warehouse environment.
• At least 3 year working experience relevant in handling customer area.
• Strong experience in business analyzing and strategy.
• Knowledge in customer relations management.

• Skills in leading, planning & organizing, negotiation and influencing.
