• แก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการทำธุรกรรมทั้งหมด
• รักษาพื้นที่ทำงานให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบ
• ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยและการรักษาความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด
• ฝึกอบรมและดูแลแคชเชียร์ระดับจูเนียร์
