• Strong foundation in backend programming (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and basic cloud or Docker knowledge is a plus.
• Able to support customers on-site when required.
• 0-3 years of experience in software development or relevant internship/project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 2.50.
• TOEIC score of at least 600.
