- Research & Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest methods, technologies, tools, and techniques in career and people development, acting as a center of learning expertise.
- Project Management: Serve as the PMO (Project Management Office) for holistic people development projects, ensuring deliverables align with business priorities and needs.
- Learning Analytics.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze career and people development metrics (e.g., IDP, training hours, training plans, training budgets, learning history), providing reports and dashboards with actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Capability Building: Develop foundational learning analytics capabilities for key stakeholders (e.g., HCBP, HCD, line managers), empowering them to apply analytic methods for informed decision-making.
- Innovation in Data Utilization: Explore innovative ways to make career data more accessible, accurate, and meaningful.
- Learning Process Improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Understand and analyze current learning process performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process & Tool Development: Design, develop, and curate L&D processes, tools, templates, and communication materials for users.
- Collaboration & Standardization: Work with the LMS project team and key stakeholders to align standardized learning operational processes with LMS functionality.
- Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR strategy, L&D, or Organization Development, with excellent knowledge of HR management, HR development, L&D, or organizational development functions. Experience in people analytics and/or process improvement is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
