• In three months, you would: Know well on the individuals, networks and processes that you will be supporting.
• Come up-to-speed with all day to day duties.
• In six months, you would: Familiar with Regional processes and key person.
• Carry out responsibilities independently.
• Proactively take initiative to broaden your role and responsibility.
• In twelve months, you would: Act as the subject matter expert in your role.

• Responsibilities of the role: Liaison for various external events such as Media Scene, Media owner presentation and client meetings.
• Organize or coordinate internal events/engagement activities such as Townhall and Mindshare Day.
• Schedule business appointments for Mindshare internal meetings.
• Assist in rolling out and keep track of regular/ad-hoc Group s projects in Mindshare.
• Responsible for keeping track and coordinating Award SOP.
• On boarding of new joiners.
• Arrange and organize air tickets for talents.
• Manage stationaries and pantries replenishment/orders.
• Support on related finance and HR administration matters.
• General office maintenance.
• What you will need: PC literacy - proficient in operating Microsoft Office tools.
• Digital savvy, comfortable with technology.
• A Team player with good communication skills.
• Efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Multitasking and strong decision making skills.
• Attention to detail.
