• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• More than 5-10 years of experience in tenant marketing, brand management, campaign marketing, CRM, partnership or related fields. Especially, Food & Dining Category will be given special consideration.
• Experience in shopping mall or retails business will be an advantage.
• Well connected with both local and internationals tenants.
• Have background knowledge in overall marketing e.g., marketing campaign, marketing strategies, CRM, Marketing Communication, etc.
• Understand market trends, customer behavior, and be able to evaluate opportunities for growth.
• Excellent in interpersonal and presentation skills.
• has background in Partnership Management (Able to apply with our Tenants).
• Analytical Thinking.
• Excellent command in English.

• Plan and execute all Digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, social media, display advertising campaign and on-site media.
• Design, Build and maintain our social media presence and leverage all digital asset with Marketing team.
• Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify Trend and insight and optimize spend and Performance.
• Collaborate with Internal team for Creative, Content and Optimize customer journey.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate media performance and end to end marketing funnel across multiple Channel/Country and customer touch point.
• Collaborate with Agencies and Platform partner (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Actively share the results and learnings of each shopper marketing program and effectively develop and deploy Best Practice tools and manual to ensure the execution and compliance.
• Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.
• QualificationAt least 3-4 years of experience managing Digital media for business/ ecommerce Business.
• Hands on experience with social media advertising Platform, Campaign planning, analysis, and Optimization.
• Experience on Barter bidding with ecommerce Platform (Preferred).
• Proficiency with Web analytic platform.
• Strong knowledge of current digital media trends, Strategies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital media KPIs tracking and online analytic is a must.
• Experience in Both digital creative development and digital marketing across multiple channel and Platform.
• Ability to understand, propose and refine customer segmentation strategies.
• Work under pressure and timeline. Understand ecommerce circumstance.
