• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI and CX design.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in UI/UX and CX design, Human-Computer Interaction, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process, with a focus on user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Design and write test cases, scenarios, and plans from real-world use perspectives..
• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure flawless user experiences..
• Identify, verify, and report bugs, UX issues, and logic inconsistencies..
• Evaluate the usability and logical flow of our web platforms and applications..
• Validate that system feedback (alerts, warnings, and messages) makes sense to real users..
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Designers to elevate user experience and security quality..
• Build and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Selenium, or Postman..
• Execute regression, smoke, API, and UI tests to ensure product stability..
• Contribute ideas to enhance QA processes and methodologies..
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and provide testing insights and reports to the team..
• 1-2 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as.
• Postman / Swagger / Insomnia for API Testing.
• Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Jest / Mocha for Automation Testing.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively.
• Understanding of REST API and WebSocket.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is an advantage.
