• Develop and growth our sustainable service products portfolio, preparing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Gather and share relevant knowledge (customer buying behaviour, industry, market, competitor and portfolio information) to drive business development.
• Proactively and systematically prospect the market aiming to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Represents Siemens Energy in pre-contract dealings with customers including negotiations.
• Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis.
• Plan, organize and participate in conferences and trade shows.
• Lead and deliver successful sales campaigns in Oil & Gas, Industrial and Power Generation market segments.
• Identify and maintain the opportunity list in Salesforce in a punctual and accurate manner.
• Develop the sales capture plan and transactional strategy for each found opportunity incorporating the customer needs, equipment application, aftermarket and LTP strategy, Siemens Energy strengths, competitor s weaknesses and a robust market level pricing recommendation based on the assessment of competitive position.
• Understand the evaluation and decision-making process of customers and develop a strategy to position Siemens Energy.
• Provide direction to the firm proposals group for developing a firm proposal in line with the project sales strategy and lead the technical and commercial negotiations with the customer until contract closure.
• Manage the organizational risk through the entire sales development process both in terms of customer contractual obligations as well as providing robust internal sales forecasting.
• Achieve and maintain superior responsiveness to customers with quality information to strengthen Siemens Energy position.
• Build lasting relationships with designated customers in the oil & gas and energy industry.
• What You Bring.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required with minimum 12 years of experience in Energy industry and at least 10 years in sales/business development role.
• Turbo-machinery experience required; Strong technical understanding of the steam turbine & generator is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English languages, Thai language will be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organization, Strong analytical and strategic problem solver with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling.
• Proficient in communication, both written and spoken, able to discuss technical and commercial aspects; Strong presentations skills, both written and oral at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members within and across business units to leverage internal product knowledge and expertise for optimum efficiency.
• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Work closely with developers to design test criteria and develop automated tests.
• Lead and develop the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Robot framework, Python, Shell script.
• Perform both Manual and Automation testing, performance testing, End to End testing.
• Participate in the architecture and design of a feature early in the development cycle, influencing it to drive quality and adherence to specifications.
• Create documentation for QA process.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work.
• Owns continuous improvement for existing and new processes.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role. Or 3+ years for senior QA position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical background and an understanding of software testing.
• Good development/scripting skills in common languages like Python, JAVA, Shell script, etc.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools, like Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, Cypress, JMeter etc.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Performance testing is an added advantage.
• Experience with some common QA testing tools and best practice.
• Strong desire to be part of a team and build great products.
