• Strong technical skills in video shooting, lighting, and sound recording.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling.
• Flexibility with working hours is required, as this role involve tasks outside regular office hours.

• Native English Speaker: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling keynote speeches, panel discussions, and event collateral.
• Executive-Level Engagement: Experience working directly with C-suite executives, sales leaders, and industry spokespeople to develop and refine event messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across sales, BD, PR, and strategy teams, aligning messaging and ensuring a cohesive event presence.
