You will secure product presence in the store on base business and new initiatives that meet the Company's high quality. 90% of the time is spent on customer-facing activities.

• Able to develop and recommend business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business growth for customers and P&G.
• Role Description.
• Achieve sales, volume, share, and category growth results in the assigned geographical area. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and submit regular reports and forecasts.
• Detailing and promoting pharmacists' and staff s recommendations by establishing scientific discussion, highlighting product information, and underlining points of difference from competing products.
• Group product presentation: Organize scientific sessions with small groups of pharmacists to support product recommendations.
• Deliver coverage in line with territory mapping and customer segmentation. Strengthen and maintain P&G's reputation and build outstanding long-term customer relationships.
• Job Qualifications.
• Role RequirementsBachelor s degree in a relevant Health Science/ Pharmaceutical, Medical field with an excellent academic background (welcome for fresh graduates).
• Experience and/or basic knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Born leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
• Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
• Proficient in Thai and basic in English.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to relocate as the assignment could require..

• Work closely with Product Development team to understand & refine product concepts/features and provide implementation feasibility/impact assessment and timelines.
• Translate product concepts/features into product specifications for system implementations
• Serve as Product Owner (PO) of Product Development Pipelines.
• Manage, track and prioritize activities between multiple Product Development Pipelines in alignment with product roadmaps and product strategies. Communicate clearly on priorities and track all activities until completion, ensuring on-time and quality product launches.
• Make Product Development Pipelines visible and transparent to all key stakeholders, communicating clearly on key dependencies, and priorities.
• Own product launch timelines, ensuring that all key product components, both IT and non-IT, are ready at day 1 of product launch, including (but not limited to), core system readiness, non-core system readiness, sales materials, distribution sales tools, product announcement, etc.
• Identify, manage, and track any actions/changes/risks/issues, which may arise throughout product lifecycles, both day 1 and day 2 (e.g., day 2 testing, etc.).
