• Strong expertise in ESQL, Java, REST APIs, IBM MQ, CICS, Copybook transformation, and JSON/XML processing.
• Experience in integration architecture, API governance, security, and high-volume transaction environments.
• Proven experience leading integration teams and delivering large-scale integration projects.
• Banking or Financial Services experience preferred.
• Preferred QualificationsCore Banking domain knowledge (Deposits, Loans, Payments).
• Familiarity with BIAN standards and modern API architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.

• Familiarity with lending functionalities and loan processes.
• Experience in workflow management tools and process transformation.
• Programming skills: JAVA Full Stack, JAVA Script, HTML, Oracle SQL, MSSQL, C#.net, Rest APIs, XML, JSON, Angular, Node.js.
• Operating System/Platform knowledge: Unix, Linux/Redhat, Windows.
• Experience in RedHat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn complex processes.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software quality assurance processes.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience managing development activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
