• Collaborate with cross-functional team members within and across business units to leverage internal product knowledge and expertise for optimum efficiency.

• Participate in the architecture and design of a feature early in the development cycle, influencing it to drive quality and adherence to specifications.
• Create documentation for QA process.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work.
• Owns continuous improvement for existing and new processes.

• Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role. Or 3+ years for senior QA position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical background and an understanding of software testing.
• Good development/scripting skills in common languages like Python, JAVA, Shell script, etc.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools, like Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, Cypress, JMeter etc.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Performance testing is an added advantage.
• Experience with some common QA testing tools and best practice.
• Strong desire to be part of a team and build great products.

• Contribute to the development of test plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.
• Design and develop test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
• Design and create automated test scripts in different test phases (e.g. smoke test, shakedown, integration test, regression test) by using appropriate test tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Appium, Selenium, etc.).
• Execute test automated scripts.
• Analyses test automation results to ensure all requirements and standards are met, investigating defects and solving related issues.
• Maintain automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Work with DevOps Engineers to integrate automated test suites with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure efficiency and quality software releases.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT industry, including software development processes and software testing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in creating test cases, test planning, and preparing test reports to summarize testing results.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automated tester role. Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using open-source testing tools such as Robot Framework (Python) or Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
