• To support all strategic business development opportunities and sales cycle. This includes all pre-sales meetings and end customer meetings.
• To liaise internally and coordinate necessary ground solution as a BU work stream to support the new business opportunities.
• To provide overall solution included but not limited to commercial costings and route planning. This includes proposal for pricing, costings, vendor selection, operational processes, route optimization design, KPIs and cost modeling.
• To support final on-boarding of new customers for the ground business.
• Ensure compliance to CEVA s project management methodology for all implementations.
• Support overall business with all related KPIs and central reporting.
• Support and conduct periodic analysis, KPIs and reviews of the Ground business operations.
• Study and lead continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities and initiatives.
• WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Relevant working experience in logistics and supply chain, consulting, and/or manufacturing.
• Project management experience.
• Project management, warehousing, transportation, supply chain design, industrial engineering, manufacturing.
• Able to evaluate technical solutions, their commercial impact and risks.
• Able to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to effectively train team members and other colleagues.
• Can-do mentality and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.

• Design and develop Learning Solutions & Learning Products to create new & meet market demand.
• Provide consulting services on People Capability Development and offer solutions to enable corporate client's People Transformation.
• Apply various business frameworks, tools, and best practices in the design process.
• Work closely with Expert Partners in various practice areas in co-designing both Functional/Technical (e.g. Business strategy, Venture strategy, Supply Chain Transformation, Digital Transformation, etc.) and Leadership (e.g. People Manager, Talent & Successor Planning, Agility & Resilience, etc.) Capability Development Solutions for corporate clients.
• Develop systems and tools for measuring the effectiveness of the solutions and present these insights to clients.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with learning technology partners to create modern and high-impact learning solutions.
• Lead the team with effective leadership, foster team development, and drive growth by cultivating a high-performance culture.
• MBA (Required).
• Strong expertise and experiences in Learning Solution & Learning Product Development.
• Highly proficient in both Thai and English (TOEIC > 900 Required, or other equivalent test).
• Highly result-oriented with can-do attitude and work-life integration mindset.
