• ตรวจสอบและร่างเอกสารสัญญา เช่น สัญญาซื้อขาย สัญญาบริการ หรือสัญญาทางธุรกิจอื่น ๆ.
• บริหารจัดการกระบวนการดำเนินคดี หากมีข้อพิพาททางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท.
• ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมายภายนอก รวมถึงหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบทางกฎหมายที่อาจมีต่อธุรกิจและเสนอมาตรการป้องกัน.
• อัพเดตกฎหมายและระเบียบใหม่ ๆ ที่อาจมีผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท.

• Qualifications: ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ปริญญาตรี G.P.A. > 2.70, ปริญญาโท G.P.A. > 3.30).
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC > 550).
• หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานกฎหมายอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในสายกฎหมายธุรกิจหรือการบริหารสัญญา และ มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ (Lawyer License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายธุรกิจและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ.
• มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการดำเนินคดีและการแก้ไขข้อพิพาท.
• มีความรู้ในกฎหมายแรงงานและกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาจะเป็นประโยชน์.
