• Proficiently oversee sales operations and formulate comprehensive strategic plans for sales and marketing.
• Accurately maintain sales reports and records, including conversion rates and client tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sector or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with fluency in a third language, particularly Chinese, is highly advantageous.
• Highly proficient in leveraging social media platforms with expertise.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve company goals.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Research laws, court rulings, and legal articles relevant to the company.
• Draft, revise, review, and prepare various contract documents for the company in both Thai and English.
• Provide preliminary legal advice to different departments within the company.
• Handle corporate legal matters, such as company registration, capital increase or reduction, changes in the authority of company directors, amendments to the company's objectives, and others.
• Review and draft contracts, letters, or any related documents that legally bind the company in both Thai and English, including business agreements (MOUs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or higher.
• Minimum of 1-3 years in legal work experience, either in-house or at a law firm.
• English communication skills with a TOEIC score of 450.
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate law principles and basic legal concepts.
• Computer proficiency skills.
• Communication skills for meetings.
