- Advising on corporate and commercial legal matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Mentoring and guiding junior legal professionals as required.
- Degree in Law with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the legal landscape in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
