- Oversee an end-to-end deals hunting process for Flash Sale channel. Design the deals hunting criteria and process in order to maximize the sales on the channel.
- Work closely with commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.
- Incubate and expand the pool of eligible sellers to ensure a sustainable growth.
- Maintain the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards in order to create a good customer experience.
- Utilize data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management..
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Economic, Engineering etc.).
- 1-3 years of work experience with commercial, retail or data analysis background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in both Thai and English..
- Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus.
