• ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจบรีฟงานออกแบบ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของโครงการ.
• วางแผนตารางงานและบริหารงบประมาณให้เหมาะสม.
• คิดและออกแบบสื่อกราฟิกที่สร้างสรรค์และตอบโจทย์ความต้องการขององค์กร.
• จัดทำแบบร่าง นำเสนอแนวคิด และพัฒนาไปสู่การออกแบบขั้นสุดท้าย.
• สร้างสรรค์ภาพประกอบ โลโก้ และองค์ประกอบกราฟิกอื่น ๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบดิจิทัลและงานวาดมือ.
• เลือกใช้สี ฟอนต์ และองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละงานออกแบบ.
• ประสานงานกับ Copywriters และ Creative Director เพื่อให้ได้งานที่สมบูรณ์แบบ.
• ทดสอบและปรับแต่งกราฟิกให้สามารถใช้งานได้ในสื่อหลากหลายประเภท.
• แก้ไขและปรับปรุงงานออกแบบตาม feedback.
• ตรวจสอบให้งานออกแบบขั้นสุดท้ายมีคุณภาพสูง สวยงาม และสอดคล้องกับแนวทางของแบรนด์.
• อายุ 23-27 ปี.
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีในสาขาการออกแบบ ศิลปกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบกราฟิก พร้อมผลงานที่แสดงถึงทักษะและสไตล์ที่โดดเด่น.
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ออกแบบ เช่น Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีสายตาที่เฉียบคมในด้านองค์ประกอบศิลป์และรายละเอียด.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถนำเสนอไอเดียและรับฟัง feedback ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• มีความสามารถในการบริหารเวลา ทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ และส่งมอบงานได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา.

• Qualifications: Education Background Bachelor's degrees in fine arts or a diploma from a higher educational institution specializing in fine arts.
• Experiences Must have 4 years of experience in an advertising or digital communication business.
• Experience in Copywriter.
• Competencies (Knowledge, Skill and Personal Characteristics / Attributes) Knowledge in advertising and online communication.
• Knowledge in production process.
• Knowledge in shooting and printing process.
• Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash.
• Presentation skill.
• Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualization skills.
