- Design and produce media to support executives, corporate communications, various business units, and affiliate companies. This includes:Print Media: such as plaques, cards, stickers, factsheets, mock-ups, labels, and more.
- Online Media: including key visuals, icons, festive graphics, infographics, and other forms of digital content.
- Retouching images to support design work and various media production needs. etc.
- Oversee the dissemination of news and updates through the organization's primary online platform, the official Facebook Page, and monitor communications via the inbox to collect and forward information to relevant departments for further action.
- Record audio content for Internal Radio, to be broadcasted via the building's internal PA system.
- Manage photography for executives at both internal and external events.
- Organize and maintain the data filing system for executive documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Film, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and producing both online and offline media.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Continuously up-to-date with the latest industry trends and knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual and able to work effectively under pressure.
