- Ability to work face-to-face with client teams is essential.
- Web analytics experience is essential. Advanced configuration and analysis experience/certifications are desirable.
- Web Development Skills - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side scripting languages.

- Provide point of contact for customers and support over tickets regarding cytric product and queries.
