• Proficiency in English for daily business use; both verbal and written; capable of seamless communication with local partners;.
• Bachelor s degree or above, preferably in tourism, business, operations, or related fields;.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with hands-on experience in day tours, local experiences, or OTA operations preferred;.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects with a strong results-driven mindset and structured thinking;.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills and business sensitivity;.
• Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;.
• Prior experience in on-site supplier management or process design is a strong plus.
