- Service Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that not only sufficient capacity exists within Enterprise Data Platform infrastructures to meet Business Unit demands, but also service continues to operate within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- You will demonstrate Refinitiv tooling e.g. Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana (ELK) stack, Grafana, DataDog along with other data analysis/visualization tools e.g. Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI to;.
- o Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate capacity/service status.
- o Review the capacity/service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions.
- o Analyze both client level and system level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations.
- o Provide regular reports to key customers to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure.
- This role will also have an opportunity to liaise with many Development teams across the globe to troubleshoot, analyze, and investigate capacity/performance related issues in the infrastructure to resolve them.
- Qualification Bachelor degree in Business, Technology, or Operations Management.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking.
- Strong data analytical skill.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to details.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferably to advanced level).
- Good background in data visualization concept and tools. Tableau knowledge is preferred.
- Good background in any programming or scripting languages. Python knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication in English and strong interpersonal skills required.
- 2-3 years experience working in a technical environment or with a technical organization.
