• Understand business objectives, user requirements, and key performance indicators for assigned projects.

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Result-oriented, positive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a self-starter.

• บันทึกรายละเอียดลูกค้า วงเงินสินเชื่อการค้า / เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน และหลักประกัน เข้าระบบ ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ดูแล ตรวจสอบหลักประกัน เช่น เงินสด หนังสือค้ำประกัน (BG) ให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัทฯ และมีผลบังคับใช้ตามกฎหมาย พร้อมทั้งการให้ผลตอบแทนกรณีหลักประกันเป็นเงินสด เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงในการเรียกเก็บเงินไม่ได้
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการใช้วงเงินสินเชื่อการค้าของลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายสินเชื่อ.
• ให้ข้อมูลภาระหนี้ และหลักประกัน และประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อติดตามเอกสารที่จำเป็นต่อการพิจารณาคำขอเปลี่ยนแปลงวงเงินสินเชื่อและหลักประกัน.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้, ประสบการณ์การใช้ SAP ไม่ต่ำกว่า 8 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินการธนาคารหรืองานสินเชื่อจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
• มีทักษะในการวางแผน บริหารจัดการ เจรจาต่อรอง และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และให้ความเห็นตามที่กฎเกณฑ์ นโยบาย และระเบียบ
• มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและมีทักษะการสื่อสาร ติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
