• Build, maintain, and continually improve the quality management system.
• Implement quality policies throughout the organization.
• Update and improve the quality manuals, procedures, and process maps in accordance with the relevant standards, regulations, customer expectations, and organizational changes.
• Prepare, validate, and implement the risk assessments and audit plans within the organization and lead the resulting improvement actions.
• Lead the management review and follow up the improvement plan.
• Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, measured (KPIs), reviewed, and improved through process reviews and management reviews; make sure the system is used as a driver for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure obtain and maintain the organization's management system certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ASME QSC, etc.).
• Coordinate and ensure the resolution of complaints from customers or other interested parties.
• What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• 5 years experience in quality assurance and quality management system is preferable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
