• Lead and mentor teams of Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA engineers, and Product Operations professionals.
• Develop and execute the product and technology roadmap for Thailand in alignment with company strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Liaise with Country Manager, CTO, and regional Product & Tech Sr Director to ensure alignment with overall product and tech strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Work closely with product management to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and track key milestones.
• Ensure the UI/UX team delivers high-quality, user-centric designs that enhance the customer experience.
• Work with regional leaders to implement and maintain robust QA processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability within product operations - to handle incoming Production incidents and service requests from business users.
• Serve as a key liaison between the technical team and senior business stakeholders in Thailand.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to identify new opportunities for product development and optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in insurtech and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate within the business.
• Lead efforts to optimize processes through automation and other technologies, including RPA.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within insurtech, fintech, or other tech-driven industries. Ex-Senior/ Lead Product Managers are welcomed to apply.
• Prior experience working in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Good understanding of the insurance or insurtech landscape/ working experience with insurance/ insurtech company in Thailand or Southeast Asia.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven experience managing product teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and software development processes.
• Expertise in modern product management and design principles (UX/UI).
• Experience implementing and managing quality assurance frameworks.
• Familiarity with operational efficiency tools and strategies (e.g., RPA, automation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Thai and English. Chinese is a plus.

• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for automated testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Implement and maintain test automation infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Execute regression tests, functional tests, and performance tests to identify and report defects and ensure product quality.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and drive automation initiatives to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of the product codebase.
• Work closely with the QA team to understand manual test scenarios and assist in automating them.
• Monitor automated test results and analyze test metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing.
• Stay updated with the latest QA and test automation trends, tools, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.
• At least 5 yrs+ experience in QA, Software Quality Assurance or Tester.
• Experience with Automation test frameworks (would be an advantage such as JMeter, Robot framework, Selenium, Etc.).

• Design and implements software modules in C++ included build system scripting, unit testing, integration testing, performance testing along with software packaging and configuration management.
• Participates in code/design reviews.
• Contributes toward product and internal documentation, technical specifications, software documentation and unit test plans.

• Experience in using Makefile, and CMake build system.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of several kinds of real-time project development using C++ such as uses multi-threaded code in business application, embedded systems / IoT delivering real-world products, game development, network-based application striving for either low-latency or high-throughput such as web server, packet filtering, or trading related application.
• Good understanding of operating system concepts included memory management, caching system, etc.
• Hands-on experience with network programming (e.g., sockets, TCP/IP, UDP, multicast) using directly platform API e.g. socket API.
• Strong English writing & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work partially in US hours.
• Nice to have Experience developing on Windows.
• Experience in developing with either one of Rust, Go, C#, or Python, or other system-programming languages.
• Not afraid to be dealing with legacy code base (C++98) of some of our projects with eyes towards modernization to C++11 onwards.
• Experience in directly using Linux POSIX API e.g. multi-threaded with pthread library, file system, I/O multiplexing, signal processing, etc.
