• Minimum High Vocational Certificate in a relevant field.
• Higher educational qualifications in maritime studies or a related discipline are highly desirable.
• Substantial experience in the marine field is essential (5 years+).
• Preferably, previous experience as a ship's officer or related marine roles.
• Proficient in operating and managing marine terminal equipment.
• Familiarity with vessel navigation, berthing, and mooring procedures.
• Understanding of tank farm operations is an advantage.
• Possession of relevant certifications for marine operations.
• Certification in tanker operations is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with vessel crews, onshore operators, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and industry compliance.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make quick and informed decisions in challenging situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onshore operators, terminal staff, and other teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations as required.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand and comply with all relevant employment regulations.
