• วางแผนและดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จัดทำแผนและควบคุมการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในไลน์การผลิตอัตโนมัติ เช่น ระบบสายพานลำเลียง (Conveyor), เครื่องบรรจุ (Packaging Machine), เครื่องผสม (Mixer), และหุ่นยนต์ (Robotics) เพื่อลดการเสียเวลาในการผลิต (Downtime).
• แก้ไขและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร (Corrective Maintenance) วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้องอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้ไลน์การผลิตกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด.
• ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการ (Process Improvement) มองหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ (Reliability) และลดต้นทุนการผลิต.
• ดูแลระบบสนับสนุนการผลิต รับผิดชอบดูแลระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบลมอัด (Compressed Air), ระบบไอน้ำ (Steam), และระบบน้ำหล่อเย็น (Chilling System).
• จัดทำเอกสารและรายงาน จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุง, ประวัติเครื่องจักร, และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามระบบคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, HACCP.
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร หรือโรงงานที่มีไลน์การผลิตอัตโนมัติจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบเครื่องกล, นิวเมติกส์ (Pneumatics), และไฮดรอลิกส์ (Hydraulics) เป็นอย่างดี.
• มีความเข้าใจในระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (GMP, HACCP) จะเป็นประโยชน์.
• สามารถอ่านแบบเครื่องกล (Mechanical Drawing) และคู่มือการใช้งานได้.

• Prepare detailed analysis of manufacturing & operations processes, including site visit, client interviews, current flow validation and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points.
• Identify manufacturing & operations cases for improvement and value proposition related to the cases for clients.
• Develop control strategies and PLC programs following clients needs.
• Recommend and apply automation and automated system implementation to improve production efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance employee safety, and to assure consistent product quality.

• Bachelor s Degree in a related engineering discipline; electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering.
• Minimum 7 years relevant Instrumentation, Control & Automation design experience, preferably with consultancy experience.
• Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 transformation & Digital Transformation of manufacturing and operations.
• Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing.
• Experience in analog and digital design, including system integration conceptual knowledge.
• Experience in creating process for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes.
• Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence, Manufacturing Execution System and Digital Workforce.
• Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure the project success on time and within budget.
• Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business issues and identify business opportunities and value propositions.
• Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings.
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with both Thai and English required.

• Design and support the implementation & deployment of MES/MOM and automation solutions for manufacturing clients across industries.
• Lead requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing and commissioning of MES/MOM systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP DM or DELMIA Apriso).
• Provide technical on-site solution support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product.
• Serve as primary support liaison between company and clients, conveying client feedback to solution development, including the integration between MES/MOM and ERP, SCADA, PLCs and other shop-floor systems.
• Provide support in defining system architecture, data flow and automation logic between IT and OT layers.
