- Seller Insights & Advocacy:Act as the voice of sellers within the organization by gathering feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at various levels within the client organizations to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing to align on product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and address potential issues.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring competitive pricing, terms, and conditions that align with company objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years+ of experience in key account management, preferably in the FCMG sector.
- Strong understanding of the mass segment and FCMG market dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
