- Fresh graduated are also welcome.
- Direct Experiences in resales/sales agents is an advantage.

- Support Chubb s financial planner and full-time agent development program aka Champion Hubb program.
- Other assignments.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, Learning Technology, HRD or related field.
- Experience in conduct training and curriculum development, especially in IC license and Unit Linked product.
- Have IC license or IP license, the professional financial planning certificates (i.e. CFP, AFTP, FChFP or AChFP) are preferable.
- Preferable experience working for life insurance company in agency channel but not always necessary.
- Good command in English.
- Competency require (Knowledge, Skills, Attribute).
- Excellent communication / presentation / public speaking / problem solving and people management skill.
- Be able to perform multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- Eager to learn and adopt new approach to achieve the company s goals.
- Ability to work independently.
