- Develop and execute the fixed broadband technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a future-proof network infrastructure.
- Oversee the design and implementation of fixed broadband networks (fiber-optic, copper, next-gen technologies) to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance broadband services, capacity, and customer experience.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and high availability of fixed broadband services, addressing operational challenges effectively.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance of broadband solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective implementation of technology initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for broadband networks, providing insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master s degree or certifications are a plus.
- 15+ years in telecommunications, with at least 7 years in a leadership role focused on fixed broadband technologies.
- Deep knowledge of fixed broadband technologies, including FTTH, FTTC, DSL, GPON, and Cable TV Broadcasting.
- Familiarity with FTTx, IPRAN, core network design, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with Fixed Broadband OSS, EMS, ACS, and Telco Tools integration.
- Expertise in E2E automation, network automation, and orchestration tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for emerging broadband technologies.
