• Operational risk management and compliance framework.
• Business continuity management framework.
• Support, consult and coordinate with front line BUs.
• Support direct supervisor, management level and group level in part of risk & control, audit and regulator with efficiency.
• Monitoring, reporting, operational processing in risk functional related with completed and accuracy data.
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or auto finance, preferably within a banking environment.
• Familiarity with auto finance products and the associated risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of risk management software/tools is a plus.
• Communicate in English.
