• ทำการซื้อขายเงินตราต่างประเทศ (FX และ Bank Note) ระหว่างธนาคารและลูกค้านิติบุคคลรับอนุญาต / บุคคลรับอนุญาตจากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึง นิติบุคคลรับอนุญาตและสถาบันการเงินในต่างประเทศ.
• ติดตามข่าวสารการเคลื่อนไหวของตลาดเงิน รายงานความเคลื่อนไหว และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างวัน และแจ้งข่าวสารความเคลื่อนไหวของตลาดให้แก่ลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งดูแลวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของลูกค้า.
• วางแผนการตลาดเพื่อเพิ่มยอดธุรกรรมและฐานลูกค้า และทำกำไรจากการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินตามเป้าที่ธนาคารกำหนด โดยติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน (Business Volume และ Profit) ในแต่ละเดือนเพื่อการวางแผนและปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจตามเป้าหมาย.
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเสนอแนะผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า.
