• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and content to share with the team and management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media platforms to ensure the best performance for content to reach and engage audiences.
• Recommend and contribute ideas with the content creation team to improve and optimize effectiveness on each channel.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals.
• Bachelor s degree in digital marketing, digital communication or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of digital media landscape and tool.
• Background in social media or CMS.
• Background in performance tracking system either open or close platform.
• Open for fresh graduate for junior level.

• Digital Media planners are responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovation strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
• Digital Media planners collect and analyze information about different media channels with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods.
• Digital Media planners devise or recommend strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least of 3-5 years in media agency.
• Strong knowledge of compensation on media plan.
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work as a team and work under pressure with highly responsible.
