- Position No.2: Business Analyst (OTT Package Platform - AIS Play).
- Design and implement OTT packages, including integration of various services, optimizing user journey, and enhancing user experience for each OTT offering.
- Manage and oversee package operations, ensuring smooth functionality, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving package performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with platform development team and stakeholders to align package creation with overall product strategy and technical capabilities.
- Design, execute, and Manage Video Product and related (AIS PLAY), including UI & UX design, features development, customer experience, package and OTT integrations.
- Lead the integration of our OTT platform with third-party OTT partners.
- Collaborate with OTT partner to develop and launch the collaboration service ie Billing on behalf, Service bundling.
- Oversee troubleshooting processes for platform issues, working closely with customer support, technical, and QA teams.
