• บันทึก และจัดทำเอกสารรายงาน.
• จัดทำเอกสาร แบบเบิก IWR และ แบบเบิก reimbursement ประจำเดือนนั้นๆ.
• จดมิเตอร์น้ำ ไฟ พื้นที่แบ่งเช่า และบริการขนส่งโลจิสติกส์.
• จัดเก็บเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน.
• แจ้งเตือนวันหมดอายุของรหัส PIN.
• พัฒนา/ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน ตลอดจนเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นปัจจุบัน.
