- Driving Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma methodology and Improvement Project to meet the company's KPI.
- Enhance and support the production and business process to achieve the company's KPI.
- Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
- Responsible on company cost saving with owner KPI department though monthly cost saving.
- Initiative an innovation project for process, quality, productivity improvement.
- Lead and coordinate with suppliers or internal department to make an innovation project.
- Others as requested by the Supervisor.
- Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in an Industrial Engineer or a related field such as mechanical or systems engineering. operations research, systems analysis, quality control, manufacturing processes, statistics, and optimization.
- At least 3-5 years of Manufacturing experience in Industrial engineering or Continuous improvement engineer (preferable in Electronics or Automobile industry, others also welcome).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SPC/KAIZEN/LEAN method.
- Excellence in MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Inquisition mind / Creative Thinking / Problem Solving.
- Must be able to present and explain findings, improvements, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
