• Coordinate between the Head Office and the Site Office.
• Control and store documents according to the company s standards and maintain the orderliness of the construction office, including the installation of signs, blueprints, and other equipment in compliance with standards.
• Prepare payment documents, work progress invoices (Payment), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for contractors.
• Manage water, electricity, and internet bills for the project.
• Draft internal memorandums within the project between the project consultants (Consult) and contractors (Suppliers).

• Work closely with the Project Managers to coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage, monitor, address every aspect of site safety, safety training with the subcontractors and clients.
• Review the work progress daily, compare the overall project schedule, address course correction with workers, subcontractors and clients.
• Follow up the deliveries and inspect materials at project sites on a timely basis by the most effective, efficient means. Document and resolve issues.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to coordinate with external civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and roofing consultants and contractors.

• Ensure effective utilization of the allocated construction budgets, consistently monitoring expenditures to prevent overspending and optimize cost management.
• Regularly report on project progress, operational challenges, and propose solutions to the department's leadership.
• Actively carry out special tasks and projects as assigned by the department director, contributing to the achievement of the company's broader strategic goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction, or experience in construction supervision in the retail industry.
• Ability to travel to work outside of the province on occasion.
• Strong Construction work project, Cost control and Master timeline.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer's License (P.E.) will be given special consideration.
