• จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.-ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาก่อสร้าง สาขาตกแต่งภายใน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี.
• มีความเข้าใจแบบงานผลิตและงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ built-in.
• สามารถอ่านแบบ และเขียนแบบได้ พร้อมประสานงานโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ AutoCAD.
• มีรถยนต์หรือจักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางไปหน้างานและออกต่างจังหวัดได้.
